Emma Forsyth

Personal Trainer

Emma has been interested in sport and fitness from a young age. Throughout her education; she joined many sporting teams and is well known for her competitive streak plus her sheer determination. Emma played football for West Oxfordshire in the Thames Valley Youth Games, but due to working hours couldn't keep up with the commitment in her adult life. Emma has worked in retail and customer service for many years, but although she has enjoyed working with people, has never felt like this is her chosen career.

In Emmas adult life, she has always been a member of a gym and regularly trains. This led onto joining the Army as a Dog Handler. She was only in the Army for a short period of time but understood different methods of training. She finds that the gym is her outlet for stress and tension from every day life thus improving her mental health. Emma was a receptionist at a gym in Oxford and soon realised that the gym is her happy place, working out makes her happy. She was thinking of career paths which could incorporate her love of exercise, and ways that she could help other people to feel passionate about a more healthier lifestyle. She then began researching the best courses to become a personal trainer. After months of hard work, alongside a full time job, Emma has qualified as a level 2 instructor and level 3 personal trainer qualification.Extra qualifications have included spin, nutrition, Senior Fitness Specialist and speed and agility.

Emma also understands how it feels when you think you can't do it, or may feel embarrassed to start exercising. She doesn't judge, and will always help as much as possible so that you get the result that you want.

Emma is keen to keep growing her business in Oxfordshire and online
